1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental/guardian permission to transact on this platform. By using the site, you represent that you possess legal capacity to enter binding agreements under Indian contract law.

3 Products & Services

Zivora Creation offers premium apparel blanks, bespoke custom embroidery, personalized threadwork, corporate apparel, and related merchandise. All items and colorways are subject to availability and batch stock constraints.

4 Pricing

All prices displayed across the atelier are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may be adjusted periodically due to thread or cotton market movements without prior notice. Applicable GST and delivery charges are calculated and displayed transparently during checkout.

5 Payments

Payments are securely processed through verified third-party payment gateways (Cashfree / UPI). Zivora Creation and Excellent Stitches shall not be liable for gateway timeouts, banking server disruptions, or network drops caused by external financial infrastructure.

6 Custom Orders

Customers are entirely responsible for verifying all uploaded artwork, design layers, spelling, font styling, and dimension placements. Industrial hoop production begins immediately after payment verification; modifications are strictly not possible once thread digitization has started.

7 Design Approval

Where applicable, interactive mockups and digital renders provided on our canvas customizer serve as visual approximations. The final checkout submission is deemed final customer approval prior to digitizing needle runs.

8 Shipping

Quoted shipping timelines are estimates. Unforeseen logistics disruptions, weather calamities, festival periods, or regional strikes are beyond our direct control. Detailed guidelines are outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

9 Order Cancellation

Cancellation terms vary between standard blanks and bespoke embroidery runs. Specific rules and cut-off stages are enforced under our dedicated Cancellation Policy.

10 Returns & Refunds

Because personalized apparel cannot be resold, returns are strictly restricted to cases involving manufacturing defects, wrong sizes delivered, or physical parcel transit damage reported within 48 hours of delivery.

11 Intellectual Property

All site branding, logos, 3D customizer visual assets, presets, codebases, and product photographs belong exclusively to Zivora Creation and Excellent Stitches. Customers warrant that uploaded artwork does not infringe third-party trademarks or copyrights.

12 User Conduct

Users shall not upload hate speech, defamatory content, unauthorized trademarked emblems, or attempt penetration testing against our software systems. Non-compliant orders will be immediately terminated.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Zivora Creation and Excellent Stitches shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product usage or delayed courier transit.

14 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in fulfilling obligations where performance is impeded by fire, flood, pandemic, government lockdowns, or national communications disruptions.

15 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. The updated date at the top of this document indicates when changes take effect.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all user agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having authority over our registered business location.
