We recommend high-resolution PNG, JPG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, AI, and EPS files. For optimal stitch clarity, transparent PNG or vector SVG files with minimum 300 DPI produce the cleanest embroidery digitization.
Yes. Selected blanks and preset designer apparel can be ordered directly without additional customization by clicking "Order Plain / Buy Now" on the product page.

Yes. Before hoop digitizing begins on the industrial machines, our atelier master technicians review submitted artwork for stitch density, small text readability, and thread tension optimization.
No. You can order as few as 1 piece for personal wear, gifting, or prototyping. Bulk volume discounts automatically apply for larger orders.
Payments
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking across all Indian banks, and supported digital wallets via our secure Cashfree payment gateway.
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders. Certain customized products require a small advance token payment (displayed transparently during checkout) to cover setup and digitizing costs before production starts.

Shipping & Delivery
Production generally takes 2–5 business days depending on stitch complexity. Delivery takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your pin code (Metro areas typically receive packages in 3–5 days). See our Shipping Policy.
Yes. We deliver to over 19,000+ serviceable pin codes across India in partnership with Delhivery and premier express courier networks.
Yes. You will receive real-time email notifications with your tracking number and Delhivery waybill. You can also view live tracking anytime on our Order Tracking Page.

Returns & Refunds
Customized and personalized products are manufactured specifically to your bespoke specifications and are generally non-returnable unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or manufactured incorrectly.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zivoracreation7@gmail.com along with unboxing photographs and video proofs of the parcel. We will arrange a free replacement or refund immediately.
Approved refunds are initiated immediately and generally credited to your original payment source within 5–7 business days according to your bank or card issuer's clearing cycle.
Cancellations
Standard (non-customized) orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch. Custom orders may only be cancelled before production and digitizing have begun. For details, view our Cancellation Policy.
No. Once hoop framing, file digitization, or embroidery machine stitching has commenced, cancellation is not possible because custom goods cannot be re-inventoried.
