Plain / Standard Apparel

Eligible for full cancellation anytime before dispatch. 100% refund processed immediately.

Custom Embroidery Apparel

Cancellable strictly before digitization/machine framing. Once needles begin, orders cannot be cancelled.

This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which orders placed on Zivora Creation may be cancelled or refunded.

1 Standard Products

Orders for non-customized products (blank t-shirts, unembroidered hoodies, caps) may be cancelled anytime before dispatch. Once the parcel has been assigned a courier waybill and handed over for transit, cancellation requests can no longer be processed.

2 Custom Embroidery Products

Because custom embroidered apparel is personalized specifically to customer requirements, specialized cancellation rules apply:

Before Production Begins:

Orders may be cancelled before digital embroidery file conversion, hoop framing, or machine needle start. Eligible refunds will be credited promptly.

After Production Begins:

Once physical embroidery production or needle stitching has commenced: cancellation requests will not be accepted, advance token payments become non-refundable, and production costs incurred cannot be reversed.

3 Bulk & Corporate Orders

Bulk orders possess customized cancellation terms governed by contractual agreements executed between the client and Excellent Stitches depending on material reservation, fabric pre-dying, and embroidery run volume.

4 Customized Logos & Artwork Digitization

If artwork digitizing into machine stitch code (.DST / .EMB) has already been engineered by our embroidery software digitizers prior to a cancellation request, a nominal digitizing setup deduction may be withheld even if apparel production has not yet commenced.

Clear Reason for Cancellation

6 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Cashfree to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Actual bank clearing depends on your issuing bank or UPI application.

7 Right to Refuse Cancellation

Zivora Creation reserves the right to decline cancellation requests where:

Needle embroidery production or fabric laser-cutting has already commenced
The consignment has already been picked up by Delhivery Logistics
Fraudulent payment chargeback activity is suspected
Terms of Service have been violated
